Valard has opened a new office in Halifax, Nova Scotia, firmly establishing its presence in Atlantic Canada. The company is actively bidding on projects throughout the region in both power and telecommunications industries. Chris Colborne heads business development for the region, contributing years of experience in the communications and industrial sectors. Atlantic Canada operations are headed by Vicki Marks, Vice President of Ontario and Eastern Canada Operations.
