Iqaluit Rebuild

Convert and upgrade electrical facilities from 4 kV to 25 kV in Iqaluit. The electrical system is being upgraded through pole, insulator, transformer and conductor changes for the overhead and underground systems. The farthest distribution project Valard has ever taken on, this conversion is needed to provide more reliable service to the community.
