D500 Project Convert DSL cabinets from one manufacturer (Nokia) to another (Alcatel) that is capable of higher speed and video. Scope includes copper splicing, fibre splicing and installation of 300 cabinets in various locations throughout Edmonton. Valard crews have developed a new process for the conversion that saves the client roughly $2,500.00 per cabinet. This is now the new standard of practice for the client going forward.
