Valard recently created a new Project Management Office (PMO) to support project teams and implement consistent practices for managing projects. With a special focus on large transmission projects, the PMO will serve as a resource centre that will support project managers with best-practice processes while still leaving room for flexibility and customizable solutions to meet client needs.
