Victor is responsible for all Finance, Accounting and Treasure functions for the Valard Group. Victor received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and then achieved his Chartered Professional Accountant Designation while working at Collins Barrow Chartered Accountants in Calgary. After leaving public practice, Victor spent seven years at the Silvacom Group of Companies in the top Financial Position and then nine years at North American Construction in many different roles of increasing responsibility.

Victor enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering significant time to the Devon Minor Hockey Association. Over a number of years, Victor has held many head coach and assistant coach positions, as well as elected to hold the Treasurer, Vice President, President and Past President positions on the Executive Board.
