With over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, Dave has built a reputation as a results-driven leader dedicated to operational excellence. As Chief Operating Officer, he brings a wealth of hands-on expertise, ensuring the seamless execution of projects while fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality.

Prior to his current role, Dave served as Executive Vice President of Substations and Renewables Operations at Valard Construction, where he played a pivotal role in growing this part of Valard’s business across Canada. His leadership was instrumental in the successful execution of major projects, including the West Fort McMurray Project and the development of the Livock and Thickwood Hills substations.

A journeyman electrician by trade, Dave’s operational acumen spans all phases of project management, ensuring safe, consistent, and successful field execution.
