Changes for Valard’s Executive Team

Effective March 7 2022, Quanta Services introduced new organizational changes to Quanta’s Canadian Operations. In order to create better alignment, increased synergy and improved overall value to our Canadian customer base, Quanta formed a Quanta Services, Canada Region. With this new structure, all Canadian Power operating units (Valard Construction, Allteck Limited Partnership, Canadian Utility Construction, Phasor Engineering, Lex Engineering, TC Infrastructure Services and G-TEK) will report through Quanta Services Canada. This initiative will introduce a shared services model, allowing for greater cost effectiveness and shared best practices.

Related to these changes and effective immediately:

  • Barkley Adams (formerly President/CEO, Valard) is now the Regional Vice President of Quanta Services Canada
  • Steve Sousa (formerly Chief Commercial Officer, Valard) now holds the title of Managing Director/CCO of Quanta Services Canada
  • Carey Kostyk (formerly Chief Projects Officer, Valard) was promoted to the position of President, Valard Construction.

More exciting developments regarding the new structure will follow.
