Dave began his career with Valard in 2003 as a Construction Manager. He has since worked his way up the ladder to his current executive role.

During his tenure with Valard, Dave has exhibited superior skills at managing overall quality assurance, quality control, personnel, schedule, budget and leadership for many transmission projects, with a focus on transmission, construction and execution. Dave is a highly respected planning and construction management expert within the industry and is well versed in all aspects of construction, engineering, procurement and maintenance, for public and private utilities and other clients in transmission.
