Kelly has over 25 years of experience in Construction Project Management, the last decade within the Valard Transmission Group. Kelly’s successes in executing many major project completions, coupled with his diverse and well-rounded skillset – excelling at team leadership, cost control, scheduling, resource management, and stakeholder relationships – prepared him well for his current responsibilities in the role of Vice President, Transmission Operations.
