Dalyce is a strategist and transformational change leader who has spent over 17 years in the energy industry providing support and counsel to senior leaders, C-suites, and Boards of Directors. Her work has spanned government and multinational organizations, working in Canada and the U.S. and managing teams and program delivery across three continents. Her expertise includes strategic planning and alignment for tactical execution, joint venture oversight, corporate governance, information and digital technology, and customer and stakeholder engagement.

As the Director of Commercial Operations, Ontario Dalyce supports the formalization of efficient and consistent business alignment practices and go-to-market practices across all functions of the Valard Group of companies. Dalyce will be focused on enhancing collaboration between external stakeholders, client groups, indigenous communities, and internal stakeholders by driving the design and implementation of best practices in an audience-centric manner.

She holds an MBA from Queen’s University, a Masters Certificate in Project Management from UVIC and a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University.
